Yasheng UHMWPE Rope is made by ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) fiber, Using Yasheng’s proprietary rope design and manufacturing precision technology to produce better UHMWPE Rope in China, it is stronger than steel wire rope of the same diameter,and it’s weight only 1/8 of steel wire rope.On a weight for weight basis, UHMWPE is 15 times stronger than steel wire.

Yasheng UHMWPE Rope is treated with our unique coating process and special sunshine and heat treatment process that to reach its best performance and anti-abrasion characteristics.
★Longer life, and easy handling
★Specific Gravity : 0.97, floating
★Water Absorption : None, meaning it remains light when working in wet conditions
★Melting Point : 145 ℃
★Chemical Resistance : Very Good
★UV Resistance : Very Good
★Abrasion Resistance : Very Good
★Low Elongation : 3.5% ~ 4%
Application: Port towing, Ultra vessel mooring system, Army& Navy equipment, offshore, lifting etc.
Optional: With Polyester Jacket to protect the rope and to be better abrasion resistance.
With UHMWPE Jacket to protect the rope and have longer use time.
